Dear National Right to Life,

I am Jesse Holland, a Nonpartisan candidate for United States Senate representing Nevada.  I attended a church in Spring Creek, Nevada last weekend and found your flyer on my vehicle after the service.  Your flyer “This election…LIFE is on the line!” was for good (great) cause but was illegal and a violation of law.  “Compare the candidates for US Senate” is a LIE.  You might have stated ‘Compare only these two candidates’ or such…

I endorse LIFE and am a Born-Again believer in Jesus Christ.  I am Pro-Life and always have been.  I noted my PRO-LIFE stance openly on my website in numerous places.

I have listed so much about our destructive abortion behavior on my website, but you obviously support our two party system that has openly hi-jacked our country.

As an elected position that will affect our State and Nation, should not I, as a candidate for the position, be included?  Should I not legally be included or should not your organization state that they have excluded certain candidates, with or without reasons?

It seems that main stream media is so heavily influenced by partisan politics, that it will not allow room for constructive criticism.  Surreptitious rules and regulations offered beyond the scope of the founding fathers are not written but carried forward and perpetuated by media outlets everywhere and by your organization now.  Diametric conflict is proposed when any information sources request readers and listeners to choose the best candidate, whomever that may be, but guardedly and frankly recognize only two party candidates.  I travel hundreds of miles each weekend to speak of truth in representation and should not be condescendingly classified as absent!

We are a country of laws and we become saddened when the other team breaks them and/or twists them to suit their fancy.  Why have you excluded me?  I have completed every questionnaire or request you have shipped to me during this candidacy.

Sincerely,

Jesse Holland

Below is a copy of a letter in reply to their requests - March 2010

Dear Pro-life Organization,                                                                          March 26, 2010

I, Jesse Holland, am a NonPartisan candidate for the United States Senate representing Nevada.

I could write many eloquent words, but will cut to the chase by stating that I am pro-life and will support all legislation that is pro-life.  I will oppose all legislation promoting abortion.

I have received only 4 inquiries to date, to include yours, that have not solicited funds, requested minimum donations or simply requested cash in return for support or endorsement from their groups.  From the inception of my campaign throughout my Senate term I have vowed not to trade bags of silver for publicity or truth.  It is evident that these practices of bribery do not result in truthful representation.

I am not your typical candidate with exorbitant cash to purchase an election.  I am the best candidate money can’t buy.

In the simplicity of words, I stand against homosexuality and any special rights granted them beyond citizens’ rights.  I stand strongly for one man/one woman marriage, gun rights for law abiding citizens and freedom of religion.  I oppose abortion and federal control of private enterprise, including health care, which removes the power of the states and the power of the people granted by the constitution.  I support entrepreneurship, free enterprise, minimized taxes and minimized government and sovereignty of, and for, the United States.  I oppose hidden taxes, cloaked by silly words such as global warming or climate change, cap and trade, public option, affirmative action, gay rights and pro choice.  In opposition to candidates who primarily represent a party and lastly represent the people, my affiliation and loyalty is with the citizens of Nevada and the United States.

If you are sincere in your interest for honest investigation, please review my website and videos found on the Links and Updates tab to gain a clear appreciation of my candidacy.  I am a conventional guy standing forward with a roaring voice and shouting for truth in government.

A child is a gift of God and should never be falsely identified by the sickening terms our society has accepted and our government has openly preached.  Standing for a right to life is the only noble, honest, and gracious thing to do.  There are simply no other options regardless their rationalizations.

Respectfully and Sincerely,

Jesse Holland
